We are looking for a junior full stack developer (m/f/x). You like to implement products and product features from beginning to end being in control of frontend and backend code at the same time? In the past you gained experience with Jakarta EE or Spring?. You also know how to build aesthetically pleasing single page applications using Angular? YOUR MISSION

• You maintain and improve our web app by delivering new agile and customer centric features in collaboration with the product and marketing team
• You suggest and develop new features based on Jakarta EE 8+ or Spring, and Angular 12+
• You support your team with their daily webapp-related needs like implementing features, fixing bugs, improving the performance, and providing technical solutions for other activities
• You work in agile, interdisciplinary teams to constantly improve the quality of our processes and our platform
• You make sure that code quality and software design comply with modern standards and best practices, while ensuring compliance with our coding guidelines
• You can develop innovative approaches to complex challenges around our customer facing applications

YOUR SUPERPOWERS

• You have your bachelors or masters in computer science or similar qualification
• You are a full stack (Angular and Jakarta EE or Spring) developer and have profound understanding and passion of and for modern technologies
• You have the necessary education and/or experience as a software developer that helps you solve challenges in a goal-oriented manner and communicate them to different levels of stakeholders
• You have professional experience in MySQL and Git
• You have professional experience in Unit Testing Frameworks like Junit, Jest and Cypress
• You work with your team members in order to expand and develop your technical skills
• You have excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. German skills are a big plus
